Yes. Wise Healthcare operates alongside Magnum Support Services, a registered NDIS provider, so registered supports including SIL, SDA and Support Coordination are delivered under Magnum's NDIS registration. We comply with the NDIS Practice Standards and NDIS Code of Conduct.

We cover the full spectrum, Assistance with Self-Care, Community Participation, Household Tasks, House & Yard Maintenance, Home Modifications, Community Nursing, Support Coordination, Moving & Removals, Accommodation Supports, SIL, Short-Term Accommodation (Respite) and SDA.

Yes, all three. We invoice your plan manager, the NDIA portal, or you directly depending on how your plan is managed, with clear, NDIS-aligned line items.

No. We deliberately operate without wait lists, when you reach out, we begin planning your supports straight away.

For most non-clinical supports we can begin within 24 to 48 hours of your intake. For urgent or same-day needs, call 1300 WiseHC and we will do our best to mobilise on the day.

Yes. Choice and control are central to how we work. We will match you with workers whose skills, language, gender and personality fit your preferences, and you can request a change at any time.

We service participants across Metro Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. Get in touch with your postcode and we will confirm coverage for your specific supports.

Yes, for participants in SIL and for short-term and respite stays. We also offer overnight active and inactive shifts in-home where your plan supports it.

All our pricing aligns with the latest NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. You will receive a clear service agreement up front, with no hidden fees.

Switching is straightforward. Review your existing service agreement for notice periods, contact our intake team, and we will handle the onboarding so your supports continue without disruption.

Yes. We deliver Supported Independent Living, Specialist Disability Accommodation and Short-Term Accommodation (including respite) through our partnership with Magnum Support Services.

Support Coordinators, families and self-referrals are all welcome. Submit the NDIS Intake Form or call 1300 WiseHC, we will take it from there with the participant's consent.
