Home modifications that make a real difference

Small changes — a rail, a ramp, a wider doorway — can transform daily life. Our qualified team scopes, installs and finishes modifications that match your goals, your budget and your home.

Minor and complex modifications

From minor modifications like grab rails and shower seats through to complex changes such as bathroom rebuilds, ramps and structural upgrades, we manage the process end-to-end and keep you informed every step of the way.

Compliant and quality assured

All works are completed by licensed, insured tradespeople following Australian standards and NDIS requirements. Quality, safety and compliance are non-negotiable.

Our process

We start with a no-obligation chat about what's not working in your home today and what you'd like to be able to do more easily. From there, we organise an OT assessment, prepare quotes and drawings, and submit the request to the NDIA on your behalf where required.

Once funded, we schedule the work around your routine, keep disruption to a minimum, and walk you through how to use any new equipment or features before we leave.

Working closely with your OT

Home modifications must reflect the OT's recommendations. Our builders, plumbers and electricians are experienced in interpreting OT reports and will check in with your therapist throughout the build to ensure the final result truly works for you. We document everything for your plan manager, support coordinator and the NDIA.

Aftercare and warranty

Every modification comes with a workmanship warranty and clear maintenance guidance. If something isn't quite right after handover, a rail position, a tap height, a ramp angle, we'll come back and adjust it. Your home should work for you, not the other way around.
