Delivered through our NDIS-registered partnership
Specialist Disability Accommodation requires the provider to be NDIS-registered. Our SDA offering is delivered operationally through our partnership with Magnum Support Services, an NDIS-registered provider, ensuring tenancy, supports and compliance all meet NDIS Practice Standards and Quality and Safeguards requirements. Designed for independence
Whether you need a fully modified home with high-support provisions or a comfortable, accessible living space that allows for greater autonomy, our SDA options are designed to fit how you live.
Pairs seamlessly with SIL
SDA covers the bricks and mortar, the supports inside the home are typically delivered through SIL or other NDIS supports. We coordinate both so the home and the support around you work as one.
Finding the right home
We work with you, your support coordinator and OT to confirm SDA eligibility, identify the right design category and location, and manage the application and transition process.
Eligibility, evidence and applications
SDA funding is reserved for participants with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. We help gather the OT housing report, supporting clinical evidence and goal alignment needed to make a strong submission to the NDIA, and stay involved through any reviews or appeals.
Smart-home technology that adds independence
Our SDA homes include assistive technology designed to give residents more control over their environment, voice-activated lighting, automated doors and blinds, environmental controls, accessible intercoms and emergency call systems. Where appropriate, we'll trial different configurations to find what genuinely helps.
Transitioning into your new home
Moving into SDA is a big change. We plan the transition carefully, coordinating with your current support providers, family, OT and SIL provider, so equipment, supports and routines all arrive with you. Settling-in visits, household meetings and regular check-ins keep the move positive and confidence-building.
