About our services
Every individual has unique needs and preferences when it comes to self-care. Our skilled and empathetic support professionals work closely with you to create a personalised plan that aligns with your routines and goals.
We support a range of daily activities including grooming, bathing, dressing, mobility and meal preparation, promoting your autonomy throughout. Our team also focuses on skill development so you can build greater independence over time.
Empathy, respect and dignity
We prioritise empathy and respect in everything we do. We understand the importance of dignity in self-care, and our team is trained to provide assistance in a way that upholds your sense of self and personal preferences, every shift, every time.
Worker matching that works
Personal care is, well, personal. We take the time to match you with support workers based on gender preference, language, cultural background, lived experience and personality. The same regular team wherever possible, so you build trust and don't have to re-explain your routine.
Complex and high-intensity supports
Many of our team members are trained in high-intensity daily personal activities, including PEG feeding, complex bowel care, catheter care, ventilation support, tracheostomy management and seizure response. Where clinical oversight is required, our registered nurses supervise and upskill the workers supporting you.
Safe, accountable practice
Every worker is NDIS Worker Screened, first-aid and CPR trained, and follows clear shift notes and incident reporting protocols. We comply with the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct, and welcome feedback from you, your family or support coordinator at any time.
